Terms of Service

Playlist → Crate Digger (the "Service"). Last updated 23 May 2026.

1. Acceptance

By logging in to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Playlist → Crate Digger is a free, browser-based utility operated by Camp Pickleback, LLC ("we"). It connects to your Spotify account at your request and displays search links to third-party music stores so that you can locate tracks for purchase.

3. Account & authentication

The Service uses Spotify OAuth for authentication. You must have a Spotify account and agree to Spotify's Terms of Use. You are responsible for safeguarding your Spotify credentials.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its underlying APIs.
• Do not use the Service in any way that violates Spotify's Developer Terms or the terms of any linked third-party store.

5. Third-party stores and content

The Service generates search URLs to third-party stores (Beatport, Traxsource, Juno). We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the availability, accuracy, content, pricing, or transactions of those stores. Following a link means you leave the Service and are bound by the destination's own terms.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that search results will match the tracks you intend.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp Pickleback, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Camp Pickleback, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
